Shipping Policy
All ready to ship items are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After USPS/UPS receives the package it may take 3-7 business days to deliver depending on where you are located. We are not responsible for USPS delays which are out of our control.
After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
The current lead time for processing custom made orders or items made to order is approximately: 7 business days + shipping/delivery time.
International Shipping
We are now shipping internationally!
International shipping varies by country it may take 2 weeks - 2 months depending on the country.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. WinterPetals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility of the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If your order was shipped with tracking, the email will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days (U.S. orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@winterpetals.com with your name and order number.
